Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 September 2026
OVERVIEW
Welcome to Zyrxo. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Mohammed Adam, trading as Zyrxo. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Zyrxo is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced in them (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of England and Wales, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where any term in this document conflicts with those rights, your statutory rights take precedence.
We currently sell and deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. The language of this contract is English.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you may browse the Services, but any order must be placed by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for it.
To use the Services, including browsing our store or purchasing any product, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address and billing, payment and delivery details. You confirm that the information you provide is correct, current and complete, and that you have the right to provide it.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to anyone else.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to represent our products accurately. Please note that colours and product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen, depending on your device and its settings.
Product descriptions may change at any time. We may discontinue any product and may limit the quantities we offer to any person or region.
This section does not limit your right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
How the contract is formed. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. After you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order; it does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed between you and us, when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We must receive and process your payment before acceptance. We may decline an order before acceptance, for example if the product is unavailable or there is an error in its price or description.
Your right to cancel. You have two separate ways to cancel, and one does not replace the other:
- Before dispatch (our own policy). Email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will cancel it and refund you in full within 14 days, provided it has not already been dispatched.
- After delivery (your legal right). Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. This right applies in full whether or not you contacted us within 24 hours, and nothing in these Terms shortens or removes it.
In addition, we offer a voluntary 30-day returns window. Full details of all of these options, and a model cancellation form, are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
If we decline, change or cancel an order, we will contact you using the email address, billing address or phone number you provided, and refund any payment taken in full.
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Our products are sold for personal or household use. If you intend to buy for commercial resale, please contact us first.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when your order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation email.
All prices displayed on our store are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our products and we cannot issue VAT invoices. Any delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your order, and are set out in full in our Shipping Policy.
Promotions may be governed by their own terms. Where those terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms apply. Promotion terms do not affect your statutory rights.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information, and to keep it up to date so we can complete your transactions and contact you.
You confirm that the payment details you provide are accurate, that you are authorised to use the payment method, and that you will pay the posted price including any delivery charge.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Delivery options, charges and estimated timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times shown on our store are estimates. We will dispatch your order promptly and, unless otherwise agreed, deliver within 30 days of order acceptance, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If we cannot meet that deadline, you may agree a new date with us or cancel the order for a full refund.
Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered into your physical possession, as required by section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your parcel is lost, damaged or stolen in transit, this is our responsibility, not yours, and we will replace or refund it in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect your rights above.
SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, and their design, selection and arrangement, are owned by Zyrxo or its licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any material on the Services without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence or rights under any patent, trade mark, copyright or other intellectual property of Zyrxo, Shopify or any third party. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Zyrxo name, logo, product names, designs and slogans are trade marks of Zyrxo. You must not use them without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, product names, designs and slogans are trade marks of Shopify. All other names and marks on the Services belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be given access to third-party tools as part of the Services, which we do not monitor or control.
Such tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties or endorsement from us, and your use of them is at your own discretion. You should review the terms on which the relevant third-party provider offers them.
We may offer new features through the Services in future. These will also form part of the Services and be subject to these Terms.
Nothing in this section excludes our liability for our own negligence, or for any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain materials and links to websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for reviewing the content or accuracy of third-party materials or websites. If you choose to leave the Services to access them, you do so at your own risk.
Please review the third party's own policies before entering into any transaction with them. Complaints or questions about third-party products and services should be directed to that third party.
SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Zyrxo is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Zyrxo. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Zyrxo, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with Zyrxo.
This section does not affect any rights you have against us as the seller.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY
All personal information we collect through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and some personal information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these policies.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve them. Information you submit may be transmitted to Shopify and to third parties that may be located outside the UK. Our Privacy Policy explains how we, Shopify and our partners use your personal information, and sets out your rights under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
SECTION 11 — REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you submit, upload, post, email or otherwise send us any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, proposals or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sub-licensable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display that Feedback in any medium, including for commercial purposes such as operating, improving and promoting the Services.
You confirm that: (i) you own or have the necessary rights to your Feedback; (ii) you have disclosed any payment, free product or other incentive you received in connection with it; and (iii) your Feedback complies with these Terms.
How we handle reviews. We publish genuine customer reviews as submitted, whether positive or negative. We do not remove, hide, suppress or reorder reviews because they are critical of us or our products. We will only remove a review where it is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, discloses another person's personal information, is not based on a genuine purchase or experience, or is otherwise fake or incentivised without disclosure. Where we remove a review, we will tell the person who submitted it and explain why.
You agree that your Feedback will not infringe any third-party right, will not be unlawful, abusive or obscene, and will not contain any virus or malware. You may not use a false email address or misrepresent who you are. You are responsible for your Feedback and its accuracy.
SECTION 12 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally information in the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, delivery charges, transit times or availability. We may correct any such error and update the information at any time.
Pricing errors. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch to ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel. If we cannot reach you, we will treat the order as cancelled and refund you in full. We will not cancel an order that we have already accepted and dispatched simply because the price has since changed.
SECTION 13 — PROHIBITED USES
You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services, directly or indirectly: (a) for any unlawful or malicious purpose; (b) to breach any applicable law or regulation; (c) to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; (d) to harass, abuse, insult, defame, intimidate or harm our staff or any other person; (e) to transmit false or misleading information; (f) to send or receive material that does not comply with these Terms; (g) to send unsolicited advertising or spam; (h) to impersonate any person or entity; or (i) to engage in conduct that restricts anyone's use of the Services or exposes us, Shopify or other users to liability.
You also agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, sell or resell any portion of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) spam, phish or pharm the Services; (e) use any robot, spider, scraper, data-extraction tool, AI agent or other automated means to access the Services except as permitted in Section 14; or (f) interfere with, bypass or circumvent our security measures.
Suspension. If we reasonably believe you have breached this section, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services. Where practicable we will notify you and give you an opportunity to respond, unless the breach is serious or immediate action is necessary. Suspension does not affect any order you have already paid for, which we will either fulfil or refund.
SECTION 14 — AGENTS
14.1 This section (the "Agent Terms") applies if you use, allow, enable or cause the deployment of an Agent to access, use or interact with any of the Services. "Agent" means any software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, any person or entity, and that can run without direct supervision.
14.2 No Agent may access, use or interact with the Services unless it identifies itself and operates in accordance with clause 14.4 at all times. No Agent may access the Services if we have asked it to refrain from doing so.
14.3 We may limit, including by technical measures, whether and how any Agent accesses, uses and interacts with the Services.
14.4 Agents must: (i) identify in all HTTP/HTTPS requests that the request comes from an Agent, and disclose its name in the user agent string in the form "Agent/[agent name]"; (ii) not conceal or obfuscate that the interaction comes from an Agent, including by mimicking human behaviour or by completing or circumventing CAPTCHAs or similar measures; (iii) respond truthfully to any prompt seeking to determine whether the interaction comes from a human or a computer; and (iv) not circumvent any measure intended to block, limit or control how Agents interact with the Services.
SECTION 15 — TERMINATION
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services where you have materially breached these Terms, where we are required to do so by law, or where we cease trading. Except where the breach is serious or urgent action is required, we will give you reasonable notice. Termination does not affect any order already accepted and paid for, which we will fulfil or refund, and you remain liable for amounts due up to the date of termination.
The following sections continue to apply after termination: Intellectual Property, Reviews and Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, and Privacy.
SECTION 16 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Information presented on the Services is provided for general information purposes. We do not warrant that such general information is complete or free of error, and any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.
Except as set out below, and to the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
Your statutory rights are not affected. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods we supply to you must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in this section excludes or limits those rights. Under section 31 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, any term that tried to do so would be void and of no effect.
SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- any breach of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
- defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987
- any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited
Subject to the above, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or of our failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was obvious that it would happen, or if both parties knew it might happen at the time the contract was made.
We are not liable for business losses. Our products are supplied for domestic and private use. If you use them for any commercial or business purpose, we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION
If you use the Services for business purposes, or in breach of Section 13 (Prohibited Uses) or Section 14 (Agents), you agree to indemnify us, Shopify and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and service providers against any losses, damages, liabilities and reasonable legal costs payable to a third party arising from that use or breach.
This section does not apply to you as a consumer using the Services for personal or household purposes.
We will notify you of any claim we intend to seek indemnity for, and will not settle a claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable part will be treated as removed. This will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
SECTION 20 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not waive that right or provision.
These Terms, together with any policies we post on this site, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services, and supersede any prior agreements or proposals between us, including any earlier versions of these Terms.
SECTION 21 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign these Terms, or any of your rights or obligations under them, without our prior written consent.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, for example if we sell the business. We will tell you in writing if this happens, and we will ensure that the transfer does not affect your rights under these Terms. If you are unhappy with the transfer, you may contact us to end the contract within 30 days and we will refund any payments made in advance for products not yet provided.
SECTION 22 — GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them are governed by the law of England and Wales.
You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. However, if you live in Scotland, you may bring proceedings in either Scotland or England and Wales; if you live in Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in either Northern Ireland or England and Wales.
SECTION 23 — HEADINGS
The headings used in these Terms are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect them.
SECTION 24 — CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page.
We may update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting the updated version on our website. Where a change is material, we will notify you in advance in accordance with applicable law, and the change will take effect on the date stated in the notice. Changes to these Terms do not apply retrospectively to orders you have already placed. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of that change.
SECTION 25 — COMPLAINTS
If you are unhappy with a product or with our service, please contact us at zyrxo.co@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 1–2 working days and to resolve them within 14 days.
We are not currently a member of an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme. If we cannot resolve your complaint between us, you can get free, independent advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk, consumer helpline 0808 223 1133), and you retain the right to take the matter to court.
