Complaints

If you are unhappy with a product or with our service, email us at zyrxo.co@gmail.com and we will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 days.

We are not currently a member of an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme. If we cannot resolve your complaint between us, you can get free, independent advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk, consumer helpline 0808 223 1133), and you retain the right to take the matter to court.
