Zyrxo is not a limited company and is not registered at Companies House. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our products and we cannot issue VAT invoices.

Where we sell

We sell and deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. The language of our contracts is English, and they are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Using our products safely

Our products are sold for domestic and private use. Please follow any instructions and safety information supplied with an item, and use it only for its intended purpose.

Some kitchen and home organisation products are not suitable for children, are not dishwasher safe, or are not suitable for use in an oven or microwave unless the product page says otherwise. Where a product carries such a limitation, we state it on the product page — please read it before use.

This does not affect our responsibility to supply goods that are safe, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that every description, image or specification is free of error. Colours and finishes may appear differently depending on your screen. Where we discover an error affecting an order you have placed, we will contact you before dispatch — see Section 12 of our Terms of Service.
